When reporting a problem

Include your device, operating-system version, app version, what you were trying to do and what happened. A screenshot can help, but hide household names, balances and other personal details first. Never send passwords, authentication codes or signing files.

Where can I download Renuary?

Renuary is currently in private beta on Android and iOS. There are no public store links or public browser downloads yet. Existing invited testers should use their original testing instructions.

Why is Google Drive sync unavailable?

It is optional and disabled in the current native beta builds while platform sign-in setup and verification are completed. Your local records still work. Household cross-device sync and image sync should not be treated as verified backups.

Can I use Renuary offline?

Yes, local entry and viewing work on your device. Online features, such as fetching an exchange rate and optional sync when enabled, need an internet connection.

Why is my prepaid estimate unknown or stale?

A usage estimate normally needs at least two balance check-ins on different dates, or a manual monthly spending rate. A check-in more than 60 days old is marked stale. Top-ups reset which readings are useful for calculating usage.

Does deleting the app cancel my subscriptions?

No. Renuary records the details you enter; it does not control your provider’s billing. Cancel or change each service directly with its provider.

What happens if I clear app storage?

Local records can be lost. Do not assume the current beta has made a cloud backup. If you previously used a sync-enabled build, cloud copies are separate; see the privacy policy for deletion and disconnection information.

What is included free on Android and iOS?

The planned public release is free to download. Track up to 10 subscriptions and prepaid-credit services in total, free, with no time limit and no obligation to upgrade. Every feature available on your platform is included.

Renuary is currently in private beta. Public mobile downloads and purchases are not available yet; test builds may still differ while this release plan is implemented and verified.

What if I need more than 10 tracked services?

The planned optional mobile upgrade is a one-time A$9.99 purchase for unlimited tracked services. Only the number of services you can track changes. There is no recurring fee, no ads and no tip jar. See planned release pricing.

Is Linux free and unlimited?

Yes. The Linux version is fully free with unlimited tracked services and no paid unlock required. Public download links will appear on this website when available.

How will restoring purchases work?

When mobile purchases are available, restore using the same store account as the original purchase. Android and iOS purchases are separate and do not transfer between stores. Purchase and restore testing is still being completed for the public release.
